I found that I was living a sort of double life.  Two websites.  Content and information about me and my work spread across them.  There wasn’t a lot of duplication, making it harder to know what I do and to find out about all that I’m working on.  How were people finding me on the internet and how did they know what I did?

As we stand at the buffet of choices, it’s crucial to recognize the power of focus and the impact it can have on our business.

Why do a review of your year? It’s a great opportunity to look for things to celebrate and for things that you may have wanted to turn out differently. Both these things are rich with learning that we can take forward to the new year.
