Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Your purchase of paid sessions indicates your commitment. We also understand that unexpected events happen. You may contact us to cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a refund (less a 5% administration fee). After 24 hours, Julie considers your order finalized. 

Once your appointment is booked, if necessary you may request to change or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Any missed or cancelled sessions within the 48 hour window are considered forfeited.
